Introduction to Restorative Practices

This 10-hour online course provides an engaging, hands-on introduction to Restorative Justice Practices. Participants will learn foundational concepts, such as the Restorative Mental Model, and experience an iterative process known as Circle. Structural elements of Circle – the use of a talking piece, check-in round, and shared decision making – provide all participants an equal voice and agency over the process.
