Training

Your goal

Provide your staff with the skills needed to center relationships, build community, work collaboratively to solve problems, and/or address serious harm or conflict.

How we can help

We lead an engaging, hands on training using an iterative Circle process that strengthens your organization through Restorative Practices.

Experience

Roy has trained hundreds of educators in a wide range of roles through his work as a school and district wide leader and as a trainer with the Center for Restorative Justice at Suffolk University.

Testimonial

Roy’s training gave me everything I needed to confidently implement circles in my own classroom. Roy provided a very clear plan for learning and applying restorative practices, and did it with a sense of humor and openness that made a lasting impact on me. He is someone who lives the values he teaches. I had the privilege of having him lead community-building circles in my classroom, focusing on helping my students prepare for the transition to middle school. The trust my students built in themselves and others through those circles will stay with them for years to come.
